Every ACHILLES™ is hand-crafted in Oregon, utilizing the highest quality and most robust 5” woven elastic available. Each Band measures 17" x 5" and features (1) bottom-notched primary pocket to fit a variety of trauma dressings and bandages, (2) bottom-notched pockets for tourniquets or smaller accessories, (1) pass-through sleeve (1) internal tarpaulin sleeve for trauma shears or safety cutters and a free-floating elastic retention strap.
