The new Safariland EXT™ Model 6840 Armor Carrier is based on the Oregon City and Bothell Carriers, addressing common requests from LE users, such as added flex to the side cummerbunds and shoulders with improved access, padding and extended adjustment range. Like the OC, the 6840 incorporates as many rows of MOLLE webbing as will fit on any given size, unlike the (3) only on all Bothell Carriers. The pocket layout matches the Bothell scheme.
Built with 500D Cordura 100% Nylon Woven Fabric and available in current Safariland Armor Panel sizes in Black, Dark Navy, Tactical Green, Tan 499, Ranger Green, Coyote and Wolf Grey.
The 6840 can be ordered at this time with 2 Badge Mounting Options: 1) Loop Velcro Oval Field with Eyelets or 2) Eyelets only.
